• Friends of the Children-Eastern Idaho opens new clubhouse in Fort Hall (localnews8.com) — A new Friends of the Children–Eastern Idaho clubhouse has opened inside Fort Hall Elementary, giving local kids a dedicated space to meet regularly with long-term professional mentors. The program enrolls Fort Hall children as young as four who face early adversity, pairing them with paid mentors through high school to support graduation and help keep them out of the justice system.

• Semi-truck driver hospitalized after rollover on I-86 ramp near Pocatello airport (idahopress.com) — A semi-truck rollover on the I-86 on-ramp near the Pocatello airport sent a local driver to the hospital and temporarily blocked the ramp Friday afternoon. Idaho State Police say the driver failed to navigate a curve, and the Fort Hall Fire Department helped at the scene while motorists were urged to check 511.idaho.gov for updates.
