• Homedale, Marsing School Districts explore arming trained staff members (kivitv.com) — Marsing School District is weighing a program that would let carefully screened, extensively trained staff carry concealed firearms on campus as an added safety measure. Leaders say it's meant to deter and delay threats until law enforcement arrives, and both Marsing and Homedale residents are being encouraged to contact their districts with questions while the proposal is still under review.
