• 'It's terrifying': Neighbors raise e-bike, e-scooter safety concerns as Mountain Home considers new rules (kivitv.com) — Mountain Home city leaders are drafting new rules for e-bikes and e-scooters after neighbors and police raised safety concerns about young riders weaving through traffic and using sidewalks downtown. Police are already developing rider training, and the proposed ordinance may mirror Boise's approach, including helmet requirements for minors and limits on where different e-bike classes can be ridden.
