• Police arrest suspect in second 'naked man' case to hit Rexburg area this summer (idahostatejournal.com) — Rexburg police arrested a man early Saturday after multiple reports of a naked individual harassing residents near South First West and South Second West. Officers, with help from Madison County deputies, BYU–Idaho security, and neighbors, tracked him to a backyard and took him into custody on several charges. Authorities are still seeking a different suspect from a similar July incident in Sugar City.
   

• Idaho State Bengals beat mentor Chris Lamb's Wichita State squad (idahostatejournal.com) — Two Rexburg natives, freshman hitter Mia Walsh and setter Nora Waddoups, led Idaho State volleyball to a comeback win over Wichita State in Kansas. Walsh posted double-doubles in both the Wichita State and Stephen F. Austin matches, while fellow Madison High alum Aspen Boice anchored the defense. Their performances spotlight Rexburg talent making an impact on the college stage.
