• Rigby man detained and charged after armed dispute (idahopress.com) — A 43-year-old Rigby man has been arrested on aggravated battery and aggravated assault charges after an armed dispute with his elderly neighbor over a dog near the 4500 E block of 250 N. Deputies say the neighbor, who previously reported being bitten, pointed a gun at the dog before the confrontation turned physical, leaving him with non-life-threatening injuries.
