Today's riddle: What happened to the pregnant cat that ate yarn? 🤔 (Answer below!)
• Two suicidal men die in separate incidents involving guns within 48 hours in East Idaho (rexburgstandardjournal.com) — A 45-year-old man died by suicide outside a Rigby bar Saturday afternoon after officers tried to persuade him to drop a handgun, briefly closing South State Street for several hours. The death came less than two days after a separate fatal, self-harm-related shooting near Iona, and local agencies, including Rigby Police and Idaho State Police, are still withholding the Rigby man’s name.

• Evel Knievel's famous Snake River Canyon jump takes place and an airplane is stolen from airport (eastidahonews.com) — A look back at east Idaho history includes a 1977 Rigby case where a 28-year-old father was arraigned for voluntary manslaughter after 21-year-old Roy Tolley of Annis was fatally shot at the Carter home. The roundup also recalls a Burley farm fire, a stolen Idaho Falls airplane, and Evel Knievel’s Snake River Canyon jump spectacle.
