1. Twin Falls weighs dropping curbside recycling program as contamination, low participation persist (kivitv.com) — Twin Falls is asking residents to complete a survey that could determine whether the city keeps or drops its curbside recycling program, which currently makes up nearly half of monthly solid waste fees. With contamination and low participation sending much material to the landfill, officials are weighing shifting recycling to an optional subscription service instead of a standard citywide charge.

2. Community leaders take part in second annual Cultural Unity Tour (kmvt.com) — Community leaders in Twin Falls, including police, business owners, and refugee advocates, joined the second annual Cultural Unity Tour to better understand the city's diverse residents. 4. Gasoline Prices Continue Rising Amid Global Conflicts (koze.com) — Twin Falls drivers are currently paying Idaho's highest average gas price at $4.89 per gallon for regular, well above both the state and national averages. AAA says global conflicts disrupting Middle East oil shipments are pushing prices higher statewide, with no clear relief in sight for Idaho communities already feeling the strain at the pump.
