2 Dead, 6 Injured In DeKalb County Crash: Reports
Three vehicles were involved in the crash Monday, according to reports.
DEKALB COUNTY, IL — Two people died and six were injured after a crash Monday morning in DeKalb County, according to reports.
The incident occurred around 8 a.m. on Route 23, and required closures between Genoa and Sycamore until almost noon, according to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office. A Chevy Silverado crossed the center line and hit a Ford F-250, WTVO reported, while a Dodge Ram that had been behind the Ford struck the F-250 as well.
Two of five people inside the Ford died and charges were pending, according to WTVO.
