"The main impacts locally from this system will be periods of showers on Thursday, gusty northwest winds on Friday, and cooler temperatures, including a threat for frost, Friday and Saturday," the weather service said.

After the rain on Thursday, Friday will be windy, with gusts of 30 to 40 mph possible in the afternoon.

Although we had a warm start to the week, much cooler temperatures are expected Friday and Saturday, with lows in the 30s overnight, the weather service shared.

Widespread frost is forecast Friday night into Saturday, and could happen again Saturday night, according to the weather service.

The high for Thursday is 68 degrees, 56 on Friday and 57 degrees on Saturday.

"Temperatures will warm again starting Sunday into early next week," the weather service said.
