Every year, kids and their families go door-to-door collecting candy from their neighbors on Halloween, only to return home and roll their eyes.
For some, seeing a particular candy among their spoils almost ruins the holiday. Maybe it's one of the gummy candies that rips out your teeth fillings, or a hard candy that reminds you of your grandparents, but either way it's going in the garbage.
One candy that people love to hate is candy corn and similar treats. Most people dislike its waxy texture and say the treat is way too sweet for them.
Most of the country agrees; Reese's Peanut Butter Cups reign supreme, but others detest the taste of peanut butter. According to Instacart, Illinoisans especially like seeing Kit Kats in their candy bags.
