ILLINOIS — Storms are possible these weekend, as temps in the low 80s are expected for the Chicago area, according to the National Weather Service forecast.
Saturday will have a high of 83, and Sunday a high of 82 degrees. The weather service said there is a chance of rain during the day on Saturday, and a chance of storms on Saturday night.
Sunday looks to be partly cloudy and dry, according to the weather service.

AccuWeather is also calling for rain on Saturday, with a 55 percent chance of precipitation during the day.
Sunday will be the best day of the weekend, AccuWeather said. It will be "humid, with times of sun and clouds."

Temperatures around 80 degrees will continue into Monday and Tuesday, which both look to be dry and partly sunny.
The National Weather Service warned beach-goers to be aware of dangerous swimming conditions due to high waves on Lake Michigan at Illinois and Indiana beaches.
