Weekend Warmup Headed For Chicago Area Before Temp Drop
Saturday has a high of 71 degrees, and Sunday a high of 70.
ILLINOIS — Some slightly warmer temperatures will bring in the start of October, as highs near 70 degrees are expected, according to the National Weather Service.
The high for Friday is 70 degrees, and lows will get down to the 40s on Friday night, the weather service said.
Dry weather is expected through the middle of the work week, so Saturday and Sunday will both be dry and sunny.

AccuWeather is calling for "sunny and pleasant" weather all weekend.

Saturday has a high of 71 degrees, and Sunday a high of 70. Both days could be breezy, with gusts up to 20 mph on Saturday and Sunday, according to the weather service.
