IL Man Assaulted Underage Girls, Used Job As Navy Recruiter To Gain Access: Police

The man is accused of unwanted sexual contact with at least two underage girls and attempting sexual contact with a third, police said.

JANESVILLE, WI — An Illinois man lied about his age and used his job as a naval recruiter at a high school in Wisconsin to access and sexually assault underage girls, according to police.

Bryan M. Bradley-Hubbard, 25, of Machesney Park, was arrested Monday and is charged with three counts of sexually assaulting a child and four counts of child enticement, police said.

Bradley-Hubbard worked for the Janesville Naval Recruitment Office and began recruitment efforts at a local high school in the fall of 2021, according to police, who said he used his job to get close to minors and obtain personal information, telling the girls he was 18. He talked to them on Snapchat and other social media platforms, and established relationships with them outside his recruitment duties, police said.

Bradley-Hubbard is accused of unwanted sexual contact with at least two underage girls and attempting sexual contact with a third, police said, noting he was responsible for recruiting at multiple schools in and around Rock County.

The Janesville Police Department’s probe of Bradley-Hubbard is ongoing and the U.S. Naval Criminal Investigative Service is investigating him as well, according to authorities.
