Property Tax Notice (HB 250) - Allows counties, other than Cook County, to combine their property tax sales with one or more contiguous counties.

Property Tax-Lessee-Liable-Payment (SB 1041) - When a lessee is liable for the payment of property taxes, a taxing district owns the property, and the taxes remain unpaid 60 days after the second installment due date, then the State's Attorney may bring suit against the lessee. Only applies to DuPage County.

Property Tax-Non-Exempt Purpose (SB 1456) - Provides that tax-exempt property used for parking in Chicago may lose that tax exemption for any part of the property not used for parking.
