Scattered Showers Before Mostly Dry Weekend In Chicago Area
Temps will be in the upper 50s to low 60s this weekend.
ILLINOIS — A rainy Thursday and showers late Friday into Saturday are possible before a mostly dry weekend, according to the National Weather Service.
Scattered showers are expected on Thursday, before conditions dry out during the day on Friday, the weather service said. A "quick-hitting weather system" could bring some rain late Friday into Saturday as well.

Seasonable temperatures are also expected this weekend, with a high of 63 on Friday, 62 on Saturday and 57 on Sunday.

The weekend should be mostly dry after rain Friday night; Saturday and Sunday look to be dry and sunny. Saturday could also be windy, with gusts as high as 30 mph.
The forecast looks to have temperatures in the 50s and 60s next week, with dry weather to start the week on Monday and Tuesday, according to the weather service.
