The listings range from approximately 9,300 square feet to nearly 25,000 square feet, along with hundreds of acres, and collectively represent hundreds of millions of dollars in Illinois real estate inventory.

1. Brookdale Road, Woodstock — $27 million
The most expensive home currently listed in Illinois, the 12,000-square-foot waterfront property sits on 490 acres, featuring 11 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms.

2. 1355 N. Astor St., Chicago — $21 million
