Top 100 Illinois Elementary Schools: 2019 Rankings

ILLINOIS — As the 2018-19 school year gets well under way, Niche.com's has released its 2019 list of Best Public Elementary Schools — including its rankings of the best elementary schools in Illinois.

To arrive at the rankings, Niche looked at data from the U.S. Department of Education as well as state test scores, student-teacher ratio, student diversity, teacher quality, grade school ratings and the overall quality of the school district. The methodology for each category of rankings varied with some factors having a higher weight for certain categories over others.
