The village of Algonquin lists its employees salaries for 2014-2015 on the village’s website while the Better Government Association also compiled a wide-ranging list of salaries for government employees throughout Illinois for 2014.

Algonquin’s 2014-15 operating budget came to $39,888,900. The city spent $13,556,250 on salaries and benefits. Here is a look at the top ten highest-paid employees for the city of Algonquin:
