6 Elementary School Students Injured in East Dundee School Bus Crash
All six students on the bus were taken to the hospital following the Wednesday afternoon crash.

EAST DUNDEE, IL - Six elementary school students were injured when a car collided with a school bus in East Dundee Wednesday afternoon, according to the Daily Herald. The accident happened when a sedan driven by a 25-year-old Carpentersville man was traveling west on Barrington Avenue, slid through a stop sign at the North Van Buren intersection and struck the District 300 bus.
The six Parkview Elementary School students, ages 5 to 7 years old, were taken to the hospital after complaining of head and chest pains, according to the article.
The driver of the sedan has been cited for traffic violations.
