Algonquin Best Buy Will Close
Company officials confirmed Tuesday that the national electronics chain will shutter its Algonquin store.
ALGONQUIN, IL — The Best Buy in Algonquin will be closing, company officials confirmed Tuesday.
A spokeswoman with Best Buy told Patch the consumer electronics retailer will not be renewing its lease and its last day of business will be March 4.
“The decision to close a store is never an easy one, and we are so grateful for our Algonquin-area customers who have shopped with us over the years," according to a statement from Best Buy. "Customers can continue to shop with us at our nearby Crystal Lake location, as well as on BestBuy.com or on the Best Buy app.”

The Algonquin Best Buy is located at 1561 S. Randall Road near the intersection of County Line Road and North Randall Road.
