Algonquin Blotter: DUI, Speeding, Drug Charges

ALGONQUIN, IL — The Algonquin Police Department responded to the following report and made various arrests in recent days:

Mayra I. Ibarra, 29, of the 400 block of Ambassador Circle in Crystal Lake, was arrested at 2:43 a.m. on July 18 at County Line Road and Sleepy Hollow Road. She is charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence over. 08, driving while license suspended, improper parking on the roadway and no insurance. She was released with a court date in McHenry County.

Stanislaw Bigus, 44, of the 4400 block of N. Oriole Avenue in Norridge, was arrested at Route 31 and Main Street at 9:18 a.m. on July 16. He is charged with driving while license suspended, suspended registration and speeding and was released with a court date in McHenry County.

Jennifer O'Grady, 46, of the 200 block of Uteg Street in Crystal Lake, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on July 16 at 1410 S. Randall Road. She is charged with retail theft and was released with a court date in McHenry County.

Reese L. Dubinsky, 51, of the 200 block of Red Hawk Road in Hampshire, was arrested at Harnish Drive and Randall Road at 12:46 p.m. on July 12. He is charged with speeding and was released with a court date in McHenry County.

Matthew W. Rowland, 26, of the 100 block of Filip Street in Algonquin, was arrested at 1450 Gaslight Drive at 11:51 p.m. on July 12. Rowland is charged with driving under the influence, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and no insurance. He was taken into custody at 1450 Gaslight Drive and was released with a court date in McHenry County.

Alica J. Reyes, 37, of 14701 Marengo Road in Union, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. on July 11 at 2533 W. Algonquin Road and charged with no valid driver's license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Alex G. Lopez, 18, of the 400 block of Cavelier Court in West Dundee, was arrested at Countryside Drive and Algonquin Road at 11:10 p.m. on July 10. Lopez was charged with possession of marijuana and speeding.
