Algonquin Blotter: Pot Charges After Pot Legazlied; Warrants
The Algonquin Police Department made the following arrests in recent weeks.
ALGONQUIN, IL — The Algonquin Police Department made the following arrests and issued the following citations in recent weeks:
- Kathryn M. Armstrong, 24, of the 7600 block of Beach Road in Wonder Lake, was charged with driving while license suspended and possession of marijuana by driver at 10:28 p.m. on Jan. 7. She was arrested on Route 31 and Rakow Road and later released.
- Luis A. Nunez-Garcia, 27, of the 100 block of Mora Drive in Carpentersville, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County at 3:17 p.m. on Jan. 8. He was taken into custody in the 2200 block of Harnish Drive and later released.
- Kyle V. Wright, 23, of the 400 block of West Parkview Terrace in Algonquin, was arrested at 3 a.m. on Jan. 9 and charged with interfering with the reporting of domestic violence. He was taken into custody at his home and later released.
- Brian T. Bianchi, 44, of the 1700 block of Andover Lane in Crystal Lake, was arrested at about 5 p.m. on Jan. 10 on a warrant out of Kane County. He was taken into custody in the 220 block of Harnish Drive in Algonquin.
- Johnnie L. Williams, 28, of the 100 block of Siesta Road in Carpentersville, was arrested at 4:01 p.m. on Jan. 15 and charged with retail theft. He was taken into custody in the 1500 block of East Algonquin Road and then transported to the McHenry County Jail.
- Tiffany M. Vance, of the 100 block of West Brink Street in Harvard, was taken into custody at 11:52 p.m. on Jan. 12 and charged with DUI-Alcohol/rugs, no insurance, improper passing of an emergency vehicle, equipment requirement violation and possession of marijuana. She was taken into custody at Randall Road and Longmeadow Parkway and was later released.
