Algonquin, LITH Ice Rinks Open
The temperatures have finally dipped low enough for outdoor skating.

We all know it's really cold out but the chilly temperatures do have one advantage: outdoor ice skating.
Many of the outdoor ice rinks in Algonquin and Lake in the Hills have opened in recent days.
And with temps expected to stay well below freezing over the weekend before it jumps into the 40s next week — the next couple days could be a great time to lace up those skates and hit the ice.
