El Niagara, 2561 County Line Road, temporarily closed its doors last month.
ALGONQUIN, IL — A just-opened Mexican in Algonquin that temporarily closed its doors after its cooks walked out has since reopened. El Niagara, 2561 County Line Road, announced on its Facebook page earlier in the month that the business was back and running, according to the Northwest Herald.
Weeks earlier a sign hanging on the door of the restaurant stated the restaurant had closed and would reopen "once we [train] much better cooks." The temporary closing cake shortly after the restaurant opened on Aug. 13, according to the article.
The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
