Algonquin Police Blotter: Endangering Life Of Child, DUI

ALGONQUIN, IL —The Algonquin Police Department made the following arrests in recent days:

• Christian I. Sanchez-Hernandez, 19, of the 200 block of Brougham Drive in Wheeling, was charged with speeding at Legion Drive and Huntington Drive at 7:29 a.m. on Aug. 25. He was released with a notice to appear in McHenry County.
• Jamel K. Chavours, 33, of the 3200 block of Harvey Avenue in Berwyn, was arrested in the 400 block of Ridge Street on a warrant out of McHenry County at 3:40 p.m. on Aug. 26. He was also charged with speeding and released with a notice to appear in McHenry County.
• Dijana Poslanovic, 18, of the 9800 block of Williams Drive in Huntley, was pulled over at Algonquin Road and Talaga Drive at 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 26. She was released with a court date in McHenry County.
• Robert C. Biedron, 49, of the 12500 block of Lowden Street in Huntley, was pulled over at Randall Road and Harnish Drive at 9:42 p.m. on Aug. 28 and charged with speeding. He was released with a notice to appear in McHenry County.
• Roberto Negron, 49, of the 0 to 100 block of N. Jane Drive in Elgin, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 29 at 1410 S. Randall Road in Algonquin and charged with retail theft. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail.
• Robert E. Mutert, 71, of o to 100 of Woods Creek Court, was arrested at 9:39 p.m. on Aug. 29 at Woods Creek Lane and Woods Creek Court and charged with DUI, DUI over .08 and endangering the life of a child. He was released with a court date in McHenry County Court.
• Tony M. Hernandez, 33, of the 1100 block of Chippewa Circle in Carpentersville, was arrested at Route 62 and Ryan Parkway at 3:40 a.m. on Aug. 31 on a warrant out of Kane County. He was released with a notice to appear in Kane County.
