Algonquin Village Board Elections

I am urging all Village of Algonquin residents to cast their Vote in the
April 4th Village Board election FOR Bob Smith, Brian Dianis and Jerry
Glogowski. These 3 Incumbent Board members have shown excellent
leadership in making Algonquin one of the best run villages in Illinois.
They have championed a revitalized downtown. They have the support of
most Local County and State officials. Algonquin has won numerous awards
for Budgeting, Tax Planning,Cost Control, Community Development
etc.under their leadership. We need their continuing steady hand to keep
moving our village forward. Unfortunately, Local elections
traditionally have a Low turnout. There is a group of ONE ISSUE
candidates attempting to take advantage of this low turnout to steal the
election away with a personal one issue agenda. They have no
experience, and if you look closely; their platform is based on pure
selfishness. We must not allow them to prevail and undermine the
stability and future progress of our Village. Their supporters have been
spreading misinformation and downright lies about the current board,
accusing them of all kinds of nefarious activity. Lets not let this
election be stolen by voter apathy. Please vote on April 4th for Bob,
Brian and Jerry, and urge your Neighbors to get out the vote for them
also.
