9:31 p.m. March 23, 2012: Police arrested Rebacca J. Fridstrom, 41, of Cary, on a McHenry County Sheriff warrant for theft at 511 E. Algonquin Road. She was released on $150 bond. She is expected in court on April 13 in McHenry County. 

Lake in the Hills Police Blotter

1:27 a.m. March 25, 2012: Police arrested Peter A. Saravia, 40, of 3856 Sonoma Circle in LITH, for driving under the influence of alcohol and an intoxicating compound, illegal transportation of liquor by driver and improper lane usage. He was arrested at 3219 W. Algonquin Road and later released on bond. 

2:21 a.m. March 25, 2012: Police arrested Garrett J. Johnson, 23, 4555 Barharbor Drive in LITH, on a battery charge. He was arrested at Moretti’s, 220 N. Randall Road, and later released on bond. 

3 a.m. March 25, 2012: Police arrested Petro Yurkovskyy, 35, of Huntley, for driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage at Algonquin and Frank Roads in LITH. He was released on bond. 

4:16 a.m. March 25, 2012: Police arrested Michael D. Moe, 21, of 1061 McPhee Drive in Lake in the Hills, at Moretti's, 220 N. Randall Road, for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol with a breath alcohol content over .08. He was released on bond. 

3:42 a.m. March 24, 2012: Police arrested Raymond J. Smith, 23, of 1083 Bennington Drive in Crystal Lake, for driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, failure to signal and no valid insurance. He was arrested at 231 N. Randall Road in LITH and was released on bond. 

8:49 p.m. March 24, 2012: Police arrested Jeffrey R. Swanson, 45, of 2858 Sorrel Row in Lake in the Hills, on a warrant out of McHenry County for failure to appear for a traffic offense and a warrant out of Kane County for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested at his home and was released on bond.
