Boy Scout Troop 151 in Algonquin is proud to announce:Four boys that started in scouting together in 2009 have reached Eagle!
Boy Scout Troop 151 in Algonquin - Joint Eagle Court of Honor - Dylan Subrin, Stephen Wakeman, Alexander Ledwitch and Connor Sullivan

Dylan Subrin, Stephen Wakeman, Alexander Ledwitch and Connor Sullivan joined Algonquin Troop 151 together in March 2009. These four friends took the challenge to become one of the 4 percent of Boy Scouts that earn the rank of Eagle Scout. These four young men are being honored by family, friends, Scouts, troop leaders and committee members on May 29th at a joint Eagle Court of Honor.
To become an Eagle Scout, the candidate must, among other requirements, serve actively in their troop by holding leadership positions, demonstrating that they live by the principles of the Scout Oath and Scout Law, earn a minimum of 21 required merit badges, plan, organize and manage their Eagle Project which benefits the community, and finally, pass a Board of Review.
These four young men join such company as: Astronauts Neil Armstrong and Jim Lovell, Politicians Michael Bloomberg and President Gerald Ford, Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, visionary film producer Steven Spielberg and business leaders Bill Gates and J.W. Marriott Sr. & Jr.
