Blue Christmas - A Worship Journey of Hope & Healing

Light of Christ Church will host their annual Blue Christmas service on Monday, December 7, from 7 pm – 8 pm.

The Christmas season can be joyful—yet for many, it also carries grief, stress, loneliness, or longing. If this season feels heavy, you’re not alone.

Join us for a quiet, candlelit service that creates space to breathe, rest, and be held by God’s presence. Through gentle music, Scripture, and prayer, we’ll acknowledge the reality of our sorrow while also lifting our eyes toward the steady hope of Christ.

Come as you are. Bring someone you’d like to share this experience with. Together, we’ll make room for both lament and light.

Light of Christ Church is located at 1700 Longmeadow Parkway, Algonquin.
