Cary Could Get New Apartment Complex

The same company that is constructing a new apartment complex in Crystal Lake is now eyeing Cary for a 60-unit residential complex, which would include four two-story buildings, a club house, pool and playground, according to the Northwest Herald.

Pedcor Investments, which is based in Carmel, Ind., would like to build the workforce housing complex at First and Pearl streets in Cary. The company is currently constructing the Congress Parkway Apartment Homes in Crystal Lake, which is slated to be complete by late this summer, according to the article.
