Chamber Hosts Candidate Night Tonight, Next Week

The Algonquin/Lake in the Hills Chamber of Commercewill host two candidate forums — one tonight and one next week — to allow residents to meet local village board candidates. 

Tonight, a forum will be held for the Algonquin Village Board of Trustees candidates from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at Algonquin/Lake in the Hills Chamber of Commerce, 2114 W. Algonquin Road in Algonquin, according to the Chamber of Commerce website.  

The forum will be as follows: written questions will be taken from the audience by moderator, Steve Kaniewski and then directed to each candidate.

On March 20, a forum will be held for the Lake in the Hills village board president and trustee positions. The forum will start at 7 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce office.
