Chesak Elementary Gets Climbing Wall

The Lake in the Hills elementary school recently had a traverse climbing wall installed for use during physical education classes.

Students at  10910 Reed Road, Lake in the Hills, are excited about a new addition to their school: a traverse climbing wall.

The climbing wall has been a huge hit and very popular with the students, according to a District 158 press release.

Physical education teachers at the school have been incorporating the wall into their lessons. The wall helps improve muscle strength in the children's arms and legs and is meant to improve overall fitness levels, according to the release.
