Christmas Creep: Local Malls Announce Holiday Hours

The holiday shopping season seems to keep creeping up earlier and earlier each year.

Black Friday now kicks off on Thanksgiving for many major retailers and local malls are following suit. Others are honoring the Thanksgiving holiday and closing for the day.

Here is a look at holiday hours at local malls for November and the Thanksgiving and post-Thanksgiving holiday season:

Algonquin Commons

Individual retailers at the Algonquin Commons may hold extended holiday hours that are in addition to the below scheduled hours. You should check with the retailer for individual store hours.

• Wednesday, Nov. 26 (Thanksgiving Eve): 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Thursday, Nov. 27 (Thanksgiving Day): Closed
• Friday, Nov. 28 (Black Friday): 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Nov. 29 through Dec. 12: Monday through Saturday, 10am to 9 p.m.; Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Dec. 13 through Dec. 23: Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Sunday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Dec. 24 (Christmas Eve): 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Dec. 25 (Christmas Day): Closed
