Crystal Lake Considers E-Cigarette Ban
Do you think e-cigarettes should be banned in Crystal Lake?

Crystal Lake officials are considering a ban on e-cigarettes that some business owners say would be detrimental to those attempting to break the habit of smoking, the Northwest Herald reports.
Crystal Lake is looking at banning e-cigarettes in public spaces and work places, including the shops that sell the devices, according to the newspaper. Shop owners told Crystal Lake officials this would prevent potential e-cigarette buyers from testing out their products in the store.
Matthew Menart, owner of Juicy Vapor in Crystal Lake, said that this, in turn, could prevent tobacco users from switching over to e-cigarettes, which are less harmful that traditional cigarettes, the Northwest Herald reports.
