District 300 Hosts Welcome Event for New Families

CARPENTERSVILLE, IL — District 300 will host a meeting for all new families to the district this week. The meeting will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Jacobs High School auditorium.

Attendees should enter the building using the athletic entrance. The meeting will provide an overview of:

• Food Services
• Health Services
• National School Lunch Program
• Safety and Security
• Student Fees
• Student Information Systems
• Transportation

Childcare will not be provided and some presentation information in the safety and security presentation may not be suitable for young audiences, according to District 300.
