Education Funding Forum with State Senators

Inequities in education funding have led to several legislative proposals that would rewrite the Illinois
school-aid funding formula.

Please join State Senator Karen McConnaughay (R-St. Charles), State Senator Pamela Althoff (R-McHenry), and local school board members and superintendents to discuss the impact that two of these proposals, Senate Bill 1 and the Illinois Vision 20/20 plan, would have on suburban schools and property taxpayers. Attendees will be given the opportunity to submit questions or concerns to panel participants.
