The McHenry County Conservation District holds A Weekend of Restoration: A Getaway That Makes a Difference for adults. This program runs for three days, September 23 - 25, at Glacial Park. Attendants will spend the weekend restoring the wetlands and learning about indigenous plants and animals, wetland ecology and hydrology. Registration required, call to register.
