This fair is for people who have been diagnosed with diabetes and people at risk of being diagnosed. Diabetes prevention programs and nutrition information will be featured. Screenings will be offered in the Wellness on the Move Mobile Health Unit and new endocrinologists will be available to answer questions. Water and diabetic snacks will be available.
