Elgin Community College presents the first guest in their Culinary Series Glenn Keenan, executive chef at Elgin's Grand Victoria Casino. Mr. Keenan will host lectures and work with students throughout the day to prepare the evening's meal. The four-course meal is open to the public and includes wine. Tickets are available at the ECC box office.
