The Village of Lake in the Hills sponsors a Halloween Home Decorating Contest for all all Lake in the Hills residents. This is a free event, to nominate your own or your neighbors homes to be judged call 847-960-7460. Judges will be looking for the cheeriest and the scariest homes. Winners will receive a gift certificate to a local restaurant.
