Crystal Lake Bank & Trust is hosting a Reverse Mortgage Seminar followed by a light lunch on Thursday, June 16, 2011, at 10:30am. The seminar will take place at the bank, located at 70 N. Williams Street in Crystal Lake.
Brent Burns of Wintrust Mortgage will discuss topics ranging from who qualifies for a reverse mortgage to what types of homes are eligible. He will also talk about the differences between a reverse mortgage and a home equity loan, what happens if you outlive the loan, how much you can get from your home, and how you will receive your payments.
