Join the Village of Lake in the Hills as we take a trip to Lake County to visit some museums and stop for lunch at Lindy’s. The Lake County Discovery Museum provides a fun, well-rounded museum experience close to home. Hands-on interactive exhibits introduce the history of Lake County in a fun learning environment. Next, we’ll stop in Wauconda for lunch at Lindy’s, overlooking the lake. The last stop will take everyone to the Volo Auto Museum where you’ll be able to view vintage cars, movie and TV cars, and military vehicles. Admission costs also allows participants entrance to the 5 antique malls on site. Admission to Lake County Museum is $3.00, admission to Volo Auto museum is $7.95. Also lunch is on your own, please plan accordingly.
