The McHenry County Conservation District holds a special adult hike at Bystricky Prairie. The site has the largest concentration of white lady's slipper orchids in the county and is opened to the public only once a year by tour. Registration required, there are no trails so be prepared to hike two miles through wet, uneven land. Program date may change due to bloom time.
