Worldwide Day of Play is an annual event sponsored nationally by Nickelodeon.
Lake in the Hills hosts their local Worldwide Day of Play at Leroy Guy Park, with free health and fitness, music, games and sport activities, plus fitness and nutrition tips.

Join the Parks & Recreation Department on September 24, from 11am to 1pm for this FREE Family event at Leroy Guy Park.
Program providers will be on hand, allowing participants to sample their classes prior to fall start dates. The first 150 guests who complete their "passport" will receive a free mini-football!

This year Pump It Up will bring out their inflatable double slide and other events include drop-in karate from Focus Martial Arts, music from JC's Guitars, drawing with Pen & Mouse, a craft from Lake in the Hills Playschool Academy and more! Registration is not required.
Be sure to stick around to participate in the Punt, Pass, & Kick competition at 1pm.
This FREE event for youth ages 6-15 will test both boys and girls in the separate areas of punting, passing, and kicking. Winners in each category will advance to a sectional competition at a nearby community.
