Algonquin, IL — Natural Expressions Naprapathy & Wellness LLC, a holistic healthcare facility, will host a grand opening open house.
To celebrate the grand opening, owner Nina Pregont, DN, a Doctor of Naprapathy, will host a ribbon cutting event in conjunction with the Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Chamber of Commerce at her location at 270 Stonegate Road in Algonquin on Thursday, April 3, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.

Guests are invited to bring a canned or boxed non-perishable food for the Algonquin/Lake in the Hills Food Pantry to benefit members of the community in need.
As a grand opening special throughout April, anyone who brings in a food item donation will receive $15.00 off their first appointment at Natural Expressions Naprapathy & Wellness through April 30, 2014. The offer is extended for current and new patients. All that is required for $15.00 off services is a food donation on the day of a patient’s visit.
Dr. Pregont will also provide guests with a tour of the new facility and discuss her approach to natural and holistic healing for effective wellness that includes proper exercise, diet, rest, and environment and the consequences of health that are hereditary.

Biography
Dr. Pregont earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from Loyola University, Chicago, in 1981. She continued her education in small animal clinical nutrition and has worked as a small animal clinical nutritionist for over 20 years, she is still the staff nutritionist at TOPS Vet Rehab in Grayslake IL. She managed a local dental practice and owns a small animal nutritional consulting business in Dundee.
With her vast experience in nutrition and health, she furthered her education to treat individuals with a holistic approach at the National College of Naprapathic Medicine in Chicago. She graduated in 2013 at the top of her class with a perfect grade point average.
As a Doctor of Naprapathy, Dr. Pregont is a neuromyologist, or what is better known as a connective tissue specialist. She is skilled in Naprapathic manipulative techniques. Through this process, she is acutely aware of which technique to use to get the correct release of tissue to restore balance and relieve pain. Dr. Pregont uses many modalities including a Class IV laser to great effect for her patients.
