Huntley Police Investigate Suspicious Fire
The blaze was reported at 11:30 p.m. on March 2 in the 11800 block of Everglades Road in Huntley.
HUNTLEY, IL — The Huntley Police Department is asking for the public's help as authorities investigate a suspicious vehicle fire that happened last week.
The Huntley Police Department was called to the blaze, which was reported at about 11:30 p.m. on March 2 in the 11800 block of Everglades Road. When officers arrived, they found a gray passenger car fully engulfed in flames in the driveway of the home, according to a news release from the police department.
The Huntley Fire Department arrived and put the fire out. No one was injured in the blaze, according to authorities.

The blaze appears to be suspicious in nature, and Huntley Police Department detectives are investigating the incident.
Currently, authorities have no suspects in custody. Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the fire, or has surveillance video footage in that area, to check for a silver sedan that was seen driving in the area prior to the fire.
