Judge Decides Fate of $150K Found in Garden
The money will go to the daughter of the original owner of the money, according to local media reports.

A McHenry County judge has awarded most of the $150,000 found in a Johnsburg man's garden to thedaughter of the original owner of the money, according to the Daily Herald.
Wayne Sabaj found the nylon bag of money in his garden in 2011, according to the article. He died last week.
The original owner of the money and Sabaj's neighbor, Dolores Johnson, threw the money over her fence because she thought it was cursed, according to the Northwest Herald.
Johnson died earlier this year and a judge on Thursday ruled the money would go to Johnson's daughter, Diane Howe, with an undisclosed finder's fee going to Sabaj's son, Kevin Sabaj, according to the article.
