Lake In The Hills To Offer Brush Pickup Following Ice Storm

LAKE IN THE HILLS, IL — The village of Lake in the Hills will be offering a special curbside brush pickup beginning early Monday morning to help residents cleaning up from the ice storm.

All private storm-related tree debris must be placed at the curb by Sunday evening to be included in the pickup. The collection team will begin on the east side of the village and head west over several days.

Crews will conduct one pass through the village for private brush pickup and will not be able to double back to pick up material placed along the road once they have gone by, according to a news release from the village of Lake in the Hills.
