Lake in the Hills Seeks New Finance Director
LITH finance director Pete Stefan resigned last week and is taking a new position in DeKalb County.

The village of Lake in the Hills needs a new finance director after acting director Pete Stefan resigned last week, the Northwest Herald reported.
Stefan, who worked for LITH for more than a decade, has been appointed as the new finance director of DeKalb County. He will earn $110,000 in his new position, leaving behind the $125,000 annual salary LITH paid him, the story stated.
LITH assistant finance director Robert Miller will serve as interim finance director while the village searches for a new director, according to the NWH.
