JOSEPH CALBILLO SENTENCED TO NINE YEARS IN THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR THE OFFENSE OF PREDATORY CRIMINAL SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A CHILD 

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announced that Joseph Calbillo, 24, of McHenry, Illinois, was sentenced on October 8, 2021 to nine years in the Illinois Department of Corrections by the Honorable Judge Wilbrandt, pursuant to a negotiated plea, after pleading guilty to Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child.

Defendant will be required to register under the Sex Offender Registration Act for life upon his release from prison.

This case was investigated by Detective Mike Quick of the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office. The case was prosecuted by Sharyl Eisenstein of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office.
